The East Stroudsburg Rugby Alumni Association, Inc. was
incorporated in 2007 to provide financial and
administrative resources to the men and women's Rugby
Clubs at East Stroudsburg University. Our mission is to
help fund a rugby scholarship program and provide
financial support for the day-to-day operation of the
current men's and women's rugby teams at East Stroudsburg
University. All donations and any profits from
alumni events will go toward this purpose. We are registered as
a Nonprofit Corporation in the state of Pennsylvania and a 501(c)3 tax exempt not-for-profit
Corporation with the IRS. We govern
through an elected Board of Directors, which meets
quarterly.
