Welcome to the official website of the East Stroudsburg University Women's Rugby Football Club.

We are a Division II collegiate club playing in the Eastern Penn Rugby Union (EPRU) within the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Union (MARFU) encompassed by the United States Rugby Football Union (USARFU).

ESU Women's Rugby was founded in 1996 and has established a tradition of excellence both on and off the field.  After winning numerous titles in Division 2 and 3 the women also competed for a short time at the Division 1 level. We now strive to be the best Division II team not only in the EPRU but also in the Nation.
