REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 8, 2012

Follow these Steps to register:

1)  Click below and complete our camp Registration Form.

2)  Pay for camp...by Pay Pal below or by Check.

3)  Receive Confirmation and Forms by e-mail from our camp.

Tuition:  Deadline July 8, 2012                                                                                               

Resident Camper:   $375.00-Includes dorm-style accommodation and three “all you can eat” meals per day, on campus; four days of staff instruction, a camp jersey and t-shirt,  and a complete Athlete Profile Evaluation.

Day Camper:   $300.00-Includes three lunches, four days of staff instruction, a camp jersey and t-shirt, and a complete Athlete Profile Evaluation.

PROCESSING OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION

Upon receipt of your registration form the Camp will immediately forward to you by e-mail a Registration Packet including forms to be printed out and completed and returned at check-in on July 12th. 

Note, your registration is not complete until payment is received.

Team Discounts:                                                                              

For groups of: 5-9, 10-14, & 15 or more players from the same club when they register together.

For group discount all players must submit all forms and payment together (No Pay Pal).
