Recommended items:
1. Rugby socks
2. Rugby shorts
3. Mouth guard
4. Water bottle with name on it
5. Two jerseys (Optional)
6. Rugby boots
7. Sneakers
8. Rain gear
9. Towels
10. Blanket and pillow (linens provided)
11. Any personal items you may want/need
12. Portable fan (optional)
13. Bathing suit
14. Sunscreen
15. A small amount of spending money
16. $50 Room Key Deposit (check made out to Rugby Camp)
17. 3 Forms (Participation Conduct, Consent/Medical Info., Assumption of Risk.Waiver & Release)
18. Copy of Insurance Card
All resident campers will reside in a university dorm. Male and female campers are housed on seperate floors and supervised by camp instructors. Campus Police are available 24/7. Day campers must provide their own accommodation. East Stroudsburg Rugby Camp is not responsible for transportation of players.
